Romanian Security Summit is a joint venture of a&s Adria, a professional magazine for complete security solutions and ARTS, the Romanian Association for Security Technique.

Romanian Security Summit took place at Romexpo Exhibition Centre in Bucharest, Romania, on 5-6^th of November 2025, bringing together leading security experts, manufacturers, and professionals across the region and beyond.

At Romanian Security Summit 2025, Consult Line handled stand construction services and the setup of the main presentation stage, providing a complete technical and visual concept. We integrated a professional audio system with wireless microphones, an audio mixer, and video control to ensure a flawless presentation flow. To achieve optimal acoustics, we installed sound-absorbing elements dedicated to the stage area.

Additionally, we implemented two specially arranged registration points for visitors and managed the preparation and decoration of the Restaurant and B2B Arena areas, contributing to a premium experience for both exhibitors and participants.

The first edition of the International Expo-Forum dedicated to the Special Operations Forces – SEESOF 2025 will take place in Targu Mures on June 4th and 5th, 2025, bringing together participants from over 20 countries.

SEESOF is organized by TNT Productions Romania, with the support of the Ministry of National Defense, in partnership with UMFST Targu Mures, the Prefecture of Mures County, the Mures County Council, and the Targu Mures City Hall.

Our company, Consult Line, was honored to be the stand constructor of the first edition of SEESOF.

The event reunited representatives of elite military structures from over 20 countries, more than 100 defense companies, security experts, governmental and academical representatives and also SOF foreign military.

SEESOF 2025 included conferences and a specialized technology expo, being the biggest defense exhibition organized in Romania beside the event organized in Bucharest.

Between 22 – 23 of March, PetExpo 2025, the most important event dedicated to pet industry in Romania, celebrated its 15th edition, our company being once again the official stand constructor of the event that was held in the Central Pavilion of Romexpo.

Visitors were invited to discover food producers, importers and distributors as well as the most innovative technologies in the field.

Consult Line has been the main constructor of the Bucharest Auto Show & Accessories (www.sab.ro) since 2011 until present.

Bucharest Auto Show & Accessories is the largest automotive exhibition with international participation in Romania, held annually at Romexpo on an exhibition area of over 37,000 square meters.

Consult Line provided project management services for Romanian Security Fair, 2022 and 2024 editions, events that took place in B1 Pavillion Romexpo.

ROMANIAN SECURITY FAIR, the biennial international exhibition dedicated to security systems and services, represents the main platform for companies in security industry from ROMANIA and offers participants the opportunity to benefit from the results of research and technology innovation and establish new contacts with security suppliers and consumers.

Our company supervised the orders of additional services at RSF 2022 and 2024 such as: custom stands, suspended structures, furniture, electrical and technical installations, catering etc., being also stand constructor at the event.

Starting with 2014 Consult Line is stand constructor at BIAS - Bucharest International Air Show & General Aviation Exhibition.

BIAS 2024 brought together over 100 civilian and military aircrafts , as well as over 150 pilots and parachutists. The exhibition section of the event was also available to the public on Friday and Saturday.

The Black Sea Defense & Aerospace (BSDA) 2024 exhibition was held on an area of ​​50,000 sqm and brought together over 400 of the largest global manufacturers of military equipment, from 31 NATO member states or partners. Along with the exhibiting companies, over 300 high-level foreign delegates, representatives of 55 states, from all continents, were present.

Consult Line was the official stand constructor for Targul Bunurilor de Larg Consum 2024, Odorheiu Secuiesc.

Consult Line was the official stand constructor of AMVAC Congress, event organized by AMVAC between 7 - 9th of November 2024 at the International Conference Center Casino Sinaia, 2 Bd. Carol I, Sinaia.

PetExpo is the highlight of the year for Romanian pet industry.

In 2025, PetExpo Romania reaches its 14th edition. Export managers, buyers and highly interested trade visitors come to see at first hand the pioneering products of market leaders, top brands, innovative producers and cutting-edge technologies.

Previous edition of PetExpo Romania, organized between 16 – 17^th of March 2024 – Central Pavillion, Romexpo, was the most extensive event to date, encompassing a larger exhibition area and attracting a record number of exhibitors and visitors.

Consult Line will be in charge of stand construction services at ASDA 2025, event held between 8 - 10th of April 2025 in Zagreb, Croatia.

ASDA brings together worldwide exhibitors, specialized visitors and official military delegations around the world.

Our company was also stand constructor for ASDA 2023, event that hosted more than 200 exhibitors from 34 different countries.

Consult Line was the stand constructing company for the exhibition Recon that took place in Sofia, Bulgaria.
