As a principle, Consult-Line will process your personal data as long as it is necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

To fulfill its processing purposes, Consult-Line may disclose your data to partners, third parties or entities supporting Consult-Line in carrying out its activity through the Site (for instance IT service providers), or to public central/local authorities, in the following cases:

  • If the communication is necessary for giving out an award or other facilities to the person in question, granted following the participation to various promotional campaigns organized by Consult-Line through the Site;

  • The right to information, meaning the right to receive details on the activities of processing done by Consult-Line, according to the present document;
  • The right to data access, meaning the right to obtain confirmation from Consult-Line regarding personal data processing, as well as details on the processing activities such as how data is processed, the purpose for processing, recipients or categories of data recipients etc.;
  • The right to rectification, meaning the right to have incorrect personal data corrected and missing data filled in by Consult-Line, in due time;
  • The right to having the data deleted, in due time (“the right to be forgotten”), for one of the following reasons:
    • The data is no longer necessary for fulfilling the purposes for which it has been collected or processed;
    • If consent is retracted and there is no other legal basis for processing;
    • If the person in question is opposing the processing and there are no legitimate reasons prevailing;
    • If personal data has been processed illegally;
    • If personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation.

It is possible that, following a request to delete data, Consult-Line will make this data anonymous (thus depriving them of their personal character) and continue to process them under these conditions for statistics;

  • The right to restrict processing if:
    • the person disputes the accuracy of the data, during a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data;
    • processing is illegal, and the person in question refuses to have their personal data deleted, but instead demands the restriction of its use;
    • the operator doesn’t need the personal data anymore for the purpose of processing it, but the person in question asks for them in order to establish, exercise or defend a right in court; or
    • the person in question refuses to have their data processed (other than for direct marketing), for the period of time during which it is verified that the legitimate rights of the operator prevail over those of the person in question.
  • the right to data portability, respectively (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured manner, normally used in an easily readable format, as well as (ii) the right for this data to be sent by Consult-Line to another data operator, if the legal conditions are met;
  • the right to oppose – regarding processing activities – can be exercised by sending a request according to the indications below:
  • at any time, on grounds relating to the particular situation of the person in question, personal data should be processed within the legitimate interest of Consult-Line or within the public interest, except when Consult-Line is able to prove legitimate and compelling reasons that justify the processing, and which prevail over the interests, rights and liberties of the persons in question or that the purpose is establishing, exercising or defending a right in court;
  • at any time, free of charge and without any justification, that data in question should be processed only for direct marketing.
  • The right not to be subject to an automatic individual decision, meaning the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on the automatic processing activity, including the creation of profiles, which can produce legal effects that concern the person in question or affect them similarly in a significant way;
  • the right to contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the competent courts, insofar as you consider it necessary.
